January 12 was an extraordinary day for Mr. Zhan, a veteran in the pile foundation engineering industry in Jinan. Today, the Juxiang S700 four-eccentric heavy hammer that Mr. Zhan, our long-time customer, had ordered successfully completed its trial run. Notably, this Juxiang S700 four-eccentric pile driver is the very first of its kind—four-eccentric heavy hammers—in the Jinan region. The Juxiang Pile Driver Company extends its heartfelt congratulations to our valued customer on acquiring what can only be described as a “money-printing machine” for pile driving. From now on, negotiations for pile foundation projects will carry even more weight and confidence!
The site’s soil conditions are complex. For the 24-meter, 820-pile foundation, we had previously tried using a 120-ton electric hammer—but found that it simply couldn’t penetrate the ground at all. The project manager urgently contacted Juxiang and requested that they bring in the Juxiang S700 four-eccentric hammer to save the day. Thanks to its vibration efficiency, which is about five times higher than that of ordinary hammers on the market, the Juxiang S700 four-eccentric hammer easily handled the 24-meter, 820-pile foundation. With this powerful tool performing flawlessly, the project continues to move forward at full steam.

The Juxiang S-Series 700 pile driver represents a practical refinement and enhancement of Juxiang’s “4S” product philosophy—super stability, ultra-high impact force, exceptional cost-effectiveness, and ultra-long durability. The S-Series 700 pile driver features a dual-motor design, ensuring powerful and stable performance even under extreme and challenging working conditions. The S700 pile hammer boasts a vibration frequency of up to 2,900 rpm and an excitation force of 80 tons, delivering vigorous and high-frequency performance. The new hammer can drive or extract steel sheet piles or tubular piles with lengths of up to approximately 24 meters, making it well-suited for handling a wide variety of construction projects. The S700 is perfectly compatible with excavators ranging from 50 to 70 tons, including brands such as Sany, LiuGong, and XCMG, offering outstanding matching performance between the hammer and the excavator.
The S700 is Juxiang’s new-generation four-eccentric piling rig. Compared to most of its competitors’ four-eccentric rigs on the market, it boasts higher piling efficiency and greater stability and durability. It represents a landmark achievement in the technological upgrade of domestic piling rig brands.
The new-generation S-series pile hammers from Juxiang are now in operation across 32 provinces (including autonomous regions and municipalities) such as Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Henan, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Xinjiang, and Hainan, as well as over 100 cities nationwide and more than 10 countries and regions internationally.
