New Product Launch | The grand launch event for Juxiang’s S-Series new products was successfully held.
On December 10, the new product launch event for Juxiang Machinery was held with great fanfare in Hefei, Anhui Province. Over 100 guests—including pile-driving machinery owners from the Anhui region, partner OEMs, service providers, suppliers, and major customers—attended the event, making it an unprecedented success. Although the outdoor temperature in Hefei was chilly in December, the atmosphere inside the venue was warm and lively, with everyone brimming with enthusiasm.
The Juxiang S700 pile-driving hammer was officially unveiled on-site by Mr. Qu, the general manager of Juxiang, sparking an enthusiastic response from the entire audience. Attendees unanimously agreed that the S700 pile-driving hammer represents a revolutionary upgrade—whether in terms of its exterior design, internal structure, or technical philosophy—offering a fresh and exciting experience compared to current pile-driving hammers available on the market. On-site pile-driver operators and representatives from major equipment manufacturers were visibly eager and ready to put the new hammer to the test.
Ten years of sharpening one sword. Relying on more than a decade of accumulated expertise in equipment manufacturing technology and after a year of intensive R&D investment, Juxiang Machinery has launched the S700 pile-driving hammer. The launch of this new product marks Juxiang Machinery’s comprehensive transformation from “manufacturing” to “intelligent manufacturing.”
The S700 pile-driving hammer represents a practical refinement of the “4S” concept—ultra-stability, ultra-high impact force, ultra-cost-effectiveness, and ultra-long durability. Featuring a dual-motor design, the S700 pile-driving hammer ensures powerful and stable performance even under extreme and demanding working conditions. With a vibration frequency as high as 2900 rpm and an excitation force of 80 tons, this hammer delivers robust, high-frequency power. The new hammer can drive and extract steel sheet piles up to approximately 22 meters in length, making it well-suited for handling a wide variety of engineering projects. The S700 pile-driving hammer is perfectly compatible with 50- to 70-ton excavators from brands including Sany, Hitachi, LiuGong, and XCMG, offering exceptional matching accuracy between the hammer and the excavator.
The S700 pile-driving hammer is Juxiang Machinery’s new-generation four-eccentric pile-driving hammer. Compared with most four-eccentric hammers currently available on the market, it boasts higher piling efficiency, greater stability, and enhanced durability—making it a flagship product that represents a major technological upgrade for domestic pile-driving hammer brands.
The launch event for Juxiang Machinery’s new pile-driving hammer, held in Hefei, received widespread support and active participation from industry professionals in Anhui Province’s pile-driving equipment sector. Originally scheduled for 60 attendees, the event quickly expanded to over 110 participants thanks to the enthusiastic response and high number of registrations. The launch event itself served as a platform for in-depth exchanges and communication among pile-driving equipment professionals in Anhui, effectively turning it into a veritable “Spring Festival Gala” for the province’s pile-driving industry. This launch event also garnered strong support from major OEM brands in Anhui. Numerous representatives from these OEMs expressed their admiration and recognition of Juxiang’s innovative technology and practicality in pile-driving hammers.
At this press conference, Juxiang Machinery also showcased the classic S-series model, the S650, on-site. Equipment owners and technical personnel from major machinery manufacturers who attended the event eagerly came forward to observe and exchange ideas. Juxiang Machinery’s business representatives engaged in in-depth discussions with visitors about the development prospects and advanced technologies in the pile-driving hammer industry.
