So, what is the lubrication cycle of various parts of excavator hydraulic shears?
1. Each gear surface in the baffle plate should be kept filled with grease every 3 months.
2. The oil nozzles of the excavator hydraulic shears should be filled with butter once in 15-20 days.
3. For the relatively frequent use of large open gears, jaw frames, jaw plates, upper rollers, lower rollers, brake steel plates and friction plates that are relatively easy to wear and tear, the engine oil must be filled once per shift.
